Θέμα: Εσωτερικά μέτρα προστασίας από τον ιό

Αγαπητοί συνεργάτες,

Σας ενημερώνουμε για τα μέτρα που έχουμε λάβει στην επιχείρηση μας.

  1. Καθημερινή ενημέρωση από έγκυρες πηγές για τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις.

  2. Καθημερινή έγγραφη και προφορική ενημέρωση του προσωπικού που εργάζεται αυτή την εποχή για προσαρμογή σε κάθε νέο μέτρο.  Σχετική εκπαίδευση στα αντίστοιχα θέματα. Τήρηση αρχείου.

  3. Καθημερινός αερισμός χώρων εργασίας και δωμάτια πελατών ή επισκέψιμων χώρων.

  4. Τοποθέτηση αντισηπτικών υγρών σε όλους τους εργασιακούς και επισκέψιμους χώρους.

  5. Έλεγχος του συστήματος ύδρευσης και αποχέτευσης και αποκατάσταση βλαβών.

  6. Ανεφοδιασμός κοινόχρηστων χώρων με σαπούνι χεριών και χαρτί χεριών.  Τακτική καθαριότητα των χώρων με μέσα καθαριότητας και απολυμαντικά υλικά.

  7. Προμήθεια όλων των απαραίτητων προτεινόμενων υλικών (μάσκες, υγρά αντισηπτικά) από τις σχετικές εγκυκλίους.

  8. Προγραμματισμός ψεκασμού από εξειδικευμένη εταιρεία απολύμανσης έως 20/03 και επανάληψη πριν την έναρξη της σαιζόν 13/04/2020.  Τήρηση μηνιαίου προγράμματος εντομοκτονίας.

  9. Ανάρτηση ανακοινώσεων για τα μέτρα πρόληψης σε όλους τους χώρους μεταφρασμένα και σε άλλες γλώσσες και με εικόνες.  Προφορική και έγγραφη ενημέρωση πελατών κατά την άφιξη.

  10. Τήρηση αρχείου για καθημερινές δράσεις.

  11. Συμπεριλαμβάνουμε τα μέτρα που εφαρμόζουμε στην επικοινωνία μας μέσω blog, social media, newsletters.

  12. Προσαρμογή της εργασίας με  το μοντέλο εργασία από το σπίτι και ραντεβού με πελάτες μέσω skype.

It is a representation of a traditional Cretan village from the 1920 decade. It was built by the Saloustros family in 1988 and it is being maintained up to this day, as a place where the culture of Crete and its modern approach are being combined.

Πρόκειται για την αναπαράσταση ενός παραδοσιακού  κρητικού χωριού της δεκαετίας του 1920. Δημιουργήθηκε από την οικογένεια Σαλούστρου το 1988 και διατηρείται έως σήμερα ως ένας χώρος, όπου συνδυάζεται ο πολιτισμός της Κρήτης και η σύγχρονη προσέγγισή του.

Μερικές από αυτές είναι οι βιωματικές δραστηριότητες για όλες τις ηλικίες με βασικό άξονα την κρητική παράδοση, η μεγάλη συλλογή από χρηστικά αντικείμενα, ρουχισμό και εργαλεία στο λαογραφικό μας μουσείο( όπως επίσης και στα δύο ειδικά διαμορφωμένα παραδοσιακά σπίτια), οι ξενώνες μας, χτισμένοι σε παραδοσιακή μορφή και φυσικά το παραδοσιακό φαγητό, πάντα με επιλεγμένες πρώτες ύλες και κρητικά προϊόντα.

A historical retrospect!

The traditional Greek coffee shop is an old institution of the Greek society. At first, it was dedicated almost exclusively to men. It is a place of gathering for card games, sports and politics talk and of course, tasting Greek coffee, handmade sweets and tasty appetizers to accompany your wine and raki.

A loud and alive place, where everything is in movement, noise from chatting and disagreements, but also a place to reminisce about the old times.

«In our village’s coffee shop, with the wood burning stove, the traditional delights, the sweet smelling coffee and the daily chats…»

….are certainly vivid images for the elders and stories for the younger and it describes perfectly our own little coffee shop “Η ωραία Κρήτη”.

Wooden chairs and corresponding tables, heat from the stove, sweet and salty tastes for merrymakers «μερακλήδες» as we call them. The complimentary food and drinks of our menu are made with pure ingredients and always served with a smile at exceptionally low prices!

…and during the summer

The same warm and quaint atmosphere, is maintained during the summer as well, where we transfer in the coffee shop’s patio. The briskness and the shadow offered by the trees in combination with the calm and the sounds of nature, constitute Arolithos the ideal countryside getaway, where the visitors can enjoy their favorite beverage along with local handmade products!

Ingredients

A whole chicken, cut into small pieces

Salt

Chicken marinade

1 tablespoon grated lavender

4 tablespoons of extra vergin olive oil

4 tablespoons honey

juice of 1 lemon

Thyme

Preparation

Mix well all the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Place the chicken in a baking pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot with fried potatoes or wild rice!
